Information and its associated documents are the lifeblood of an organization. Documents such as invoices, purchase orders, certificates, reports, lab- reports, HR letters etc are generated each day to be sent outside of an organization and are prone to manipulation. These documents are typically either generated automatically where a computer system generates these documents in bulk programmatically or ad-hoc where someone creates a one-off document.

Qryptal makes it easy to create and generate documents with a REST API in just a couple of steps:
Setup a workflow template using MS Word/Libre Writer indicating where the variable data will be filled up. Optionally setup a background PDF/watermark.
Call the API with your variable data in JSON format along with the workflow id and API authentication token. It returns a link to download the finished PDF!

Ad-hoc Document Generation
Qryptal makes it equally easy to create and generate documents on an ad-hoc basis also in a couple of steps.
Setup a workflow template using MS Word/Libre Writer indicating where the variable data will be filled up.
Optionally setup a background PDF/watermark. Along with it, set up a Form to enter the variable data.
Fill up the details on the form and click on the Generate button. The finished PDF is presented for download. That’s it!
Various field types are available such as Date, Time, Drop Down Choices, Fixed values, Photos etc.
Users can also generate documents in bulk by uploading the variable data in an Excel(csv) file.
An added feature is to email the recipient of the document with a link to download the PDF. For sensitive documents that require privacy, recipients can be prompted to enter a passphrase to download the document. This can be specified as a field in the data e.g Date of Birth etc.
